Student Re-Enrollment

Current students at WVA in grades Pre-K through 11th grade are automatically enrolled for the following year of school and advanced to the next grade level so long as the requirements for advancement are met.

Families of continuing students should pay the experience fee as part of registration prior to the Meet and Greet before the first day of school each Fall.

If you know your scholar is not going to be attending the next school year, please provide notice at:

Notifying us allows us to offer space to new applicants, but please note that, per WV policy, a child cannot be removed from the records of West Virginia Academy in the state's system until: (1) the academy is contacted by the child's next school for a release of records, or (2) the family files an official notice of intent to home school with the home county school district and sends a copy of that notice to West Virginia Academy.
